Nicole Czarnowski, Esq.

Nicole A. Czarnowski is Ingle Law’s newest team member. Licensed to practice law in 2024, Nicole comes with more than just a fancy piece of paper. She has experience in both probate and estate planning from her time interning at the Bristol County Probate and Family Court and a private estate planning firm. Nicole comes to Ingle Law with excitement and drive to educate and aid clients in achieving their goals.

Nicole found her passion for estate planning and elder law through her family experiences. Her father passed with no notice and no estate plan, which made picking up the pieces of his passing harder for her family. She and her mother had to find ways to navigate their new lives with the added hassle of figuring out what her mother’s house, finances, and new life would be like. Her grandmother faced Medicaid and estate planning issues that provided her family with an almost six-year headache, five of which were spent in probate. When Nicole entered law school, she wanted to ensure that her career was spent helping families avoid the extra pains that come with a loved one’s passing.

No estate plan is a one-size-fits-all and each family has a unique situation that deserves its own unique plan. Through all the fun legal knowledge and truly listening to what you need, Nicole’s mission as an attorney is to ensure that clients feel at ease knowing the more intimate parts of their life are taken seriously and taken care of.
