Marie A. McGinley is Ingle Law’s newest team member, but don’t let that fool you. Marie worked in immigration law for five years before making the switch to estate planning. Her immigration law experience helped hone her investigative skills, which translates well to the firm’s administration and Medicaid application work.
Marie is an integral part of the team, supporting all areas of practice. In addition to confirming information with our estate planning clients and helping them make the most of their plans, Marie also works very closely with all administration and Medicaid clients.
In probate and trust administrations, Marie walks clients through the entire process from getting authority they need to marshal assets and carry out last wishes, handling the administrative details necessary when someone passes away, and then ultimately distributing assets and closing the case. For our elder law practice, Marie helps clients collect the vast amount of information needed to support a successful MassHealth application.
With her background in psychology, Marie is endlessly fascinated by people and never forgets to put our clients first.
