MR, the author is cautioning you to be careful. Use the online systems, but make sure to have an attorney review the output. I've played with some online systems and over the counter legal software, and in a couple of instances the product was legally insufficient. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

There's a monumental amount of information in our universe. The stuff we know is a small sliver. The stuff we don't know is about twice as large. The rest is all the stuff that we don't even know we don't know it.

Is a lawyer really needed for everything because it seems like that is what the author of this article is suggesting.

Legal software doesn't make you a lawyer; accounting software doesn't make you a CPA; audio software doesn't make you a recording engineer. Sometime, you just need a professional.
